Celebration of Cuban culture in spite of the dictatorship and one-party rule? Human rights abuses? Persecution of gays and state propaganda? Only in JP!!

In other towns they do the right thing and disavow the existance of Cuban culture because of the island's government. They also definitely do not read and discuss memoirs by Cuban exiles. Only in JP!~! ;)

I look forward to AV's rage and bewilderment at the celebration of Chinese New Year.
