JP NET Teams with Boston Beer Co., JPNDC to Open New Public Art Cooridor
Interested artists have until month's end to submit uploads for the project.
The Jamaica Plain New Economy Transition has partnered with the Boston Beer Company and the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation to open a new Boylston Public Art Corridor, JP Net Announced this week.
As part of the new effort, representatives from all three groups have issued a call to artists in Jamaica Plain for submissions of panel designs.
The contest is currently open to all who wish to participate, but preference is to be given to artists living or working in the Jamaica Plain or Roxbury areas within a one-mile radius form the project location, according to JPtransition.org.

The deadline to submit panel design uploads is 11:59 p.m. on June 30.
