Is music volume from loud passing cars keeping you awake at night in Jamaica Plain? For some it’s been an issue of late.
An email chain among area residents began to circulate over the weekend, which sparked this question. Also, William Brokhof raised the issue in a blog on Jamaica Plain Patch in 2011.
