Roommate Needed Dec.1st/Jan1st.

Peace and Love...I am in need of a roommate I am looking for a lesbian identified woman (or a woman that can live with a open lesbian with out issues) to share my home.... Must be mature ( I am over 40 years old). Must pay rent/ bills on time. Not noisy. Not a lot of people over all of the time. No smoking, No pets. MUST BE CLEAN.. rent is $700.00 plus so more like $875.00. You must pay first, last and security that would be $2,100. In exchange for the really great rent and location, you and I would share some “duties” to help maintain the homestead, we would have to shovel snow from front of house and sidewalks in winter, mow lawn in summer, and keep the front of house clean and neat. You would have your own floor with 2 rooms, we would share the "common" areas (kitchen, bathroom, and hallway) which we would both have to help keep these areas CLEAN and NEAT. I am not interested in DRAMA of ANY kind. Must have references. Must be able to COMMUNICATE well. Washer and Dryer. 3 blocks from the Stony Brook T station J.P./Rox. MA.
