JP Centre/South St. Businesses Prep for Halloween Stroll

The JP Business and Professional Association recommending that stores and offices on recommends that stores and offices on the street remove all their sandwich signs and any other obstructions during the event from 3:30pm to 6:30pm on Thursday.
