City Feed Share Pickups, Weekend Weather Report
Here are five things you need to know Friday, Jan. 17.
1. After morning fog, Friday will be mostly sunny in JP. The high will be near 44, according to the National Weather Service.
2. City Feed and Supply, which offers a variety of share programs, will hold pickups this weekend for members. Friday pickup is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
3. Mr. Hip Presents: Reading Series will continue Saturday at 6 p.m. at the UForge Gallery in Jamaica Plain. The series brings the poetry, art, spoken word and music community together.
4. Monday is Martin Luther King Day. Here are some creative ways to spend the holiday.
5. There is a 70 percent chance of rain or snow Saturday, according to the National Weather Service. Sunday's high will be hear 34 with a 40 percent chance of snow showers.
