 is designed to provide expectant parents with the information needed to 
 help prepare for successful nursing. Led by a Certified Lactation Counse
 lor\,&nbsp\;this workshop addresses what happens after birth\, proper la
 tching and positioning\, feeding patterns\, common challenges\, and the 
 pumping and storage of breast milk. &nbsp\;In addition\, this class emph
 asizes learning to breastfeed by&nbsp\;seeing&nbsp\;how it works: we wil
 l look closely at videos and photographic books\, and learn precise posi
 tioning using props. The combination of up-to-date information and visua
 l aids will give expectant parents the skills and confidence to prepare 
 for successful nursing.\nLed by a Certified Lactation Counselor\,&nbsp\;
 this workshop covers the most important topics to learn prenatally about
  breastfeeding:\n\nHow breastfeeding is taught in hospitals after birth\
 , including practices&nbsp\;that can help or hinder you\nNormal newborn 
 feeding patterns\nDetailed instructions for how to latch without pain\nH
 ow to make plenty of milk\, and how to know your baby is getting enough 
 milk\nWhen to begin pumping and introducing bottles\nWhen and where to g
 et help for problems that may arise\n\nParticipants should bring these i
