The Friends of the Jamaica Plain Branch Library will have a "used book table" at the Thursday evening Farmer's Market throughout July and August.
Paperbacks are $1, while hard cover books are just $2.DVDs and other media will be available too. Fiction, Non-Fiction and Children's books are in the mix.
Drop by to get some inexpensive summer reading materials. And don't forget to buy an "I Love My Library" totebag to carry all your purchases home in.
We will also have information about summer events at the library and around the City. All proceeds go to support the JP Branch Library.

The Loring-Greenough House is a historic home built in 1760 by Commodore Joshua Loring. The house was used as a Patriot hospital during the Battle of Bunker Hill. The home remains a historic community site that has been preserved by the Jamaica Plain Tuesday Club. It is open for residents and tourists to visit and rent and it hosts various events.
