Government by the people is under attack by big money in politics. Because of the 2010 Supreme Court decision Citizens United v. FEC, corporations and the super-rich can now spend unlimited amounts of money to influence our elections. To make matters worse, Citizens United and other decisions have given corporations constitutional rights intended only for the people. Come hear the whole unbelievable story and find out about the amazing democracy movement springing up in communities across the nation. Join Move to Amendspeaker John Hill as he talks about the Democracy Amendment Question on the ballot November 6and how you can act locally to reclaim our democracy. Presented in collaboration with Move to Amend Massachusetts
