  raises funds for clinical care programs and ground-breaking research in
 itiatives at Joslin Diabetes Center. Joslin&rsquo\;s mission is to preve
 nt\, treat and cure diabetes. &nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nThis fabulous black-tie 
 event benefits Joslin Diabetes Center&rsquo\;s High Hopes Fund\, which s
 upports the Center&rsquo\;s greatest needs in research\, education and c
 linical care.&nbsp\; The High Hopes Gala 2012 will honor the Nunnally Fa
 mily\, whose generous support established the Diane Nunnally Hoppes Labo
 ratory for Diabetes Complications at Joslin.&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nLast year&
 rsquo\;s High Hopes Gala was a record breaking event! The year&rsquo\;s 
 event will include a lively cocktail reception and exciting silent and l
 ive auctions. Some of the featured items for auction include: trips to d
 estinations such as Hawaii\, Paris\, or Bermuda\, and a Monday Night Foo
 tball game with ESPN and Steve Young at Gillette Stadium.\n&nbsp\;\nTher
 e will be a raffle for a 3-year lease on a 2013 Mini-Cooper from Herb Ch
 ambers Motors. Only 2\,000 tickets will be sold and the winner gets to p
 ick the color of the car! Tickets are $100 each or 6 for $500 and can be
  purchased until noon on November 16th.\n&nbsp\;\nThe Gala will also fea
 ture a Rat Pack themed evening of music and dancing with the sounds of M
 ichael Dutra and Strictly Sinatra!\n&nbsp\;
