Live streaming on JP Centre Yoga's studio projector, all are welcome to co-participate by sitting in silence along with the residents of Newtown as together we promote peace, mindfulness and healing connections.

More About JP Centre Yoga
JP, or Jamaica Plain, Centre Yoga offers Vinyasa-style or flow-based yoga classes for people of all ages, experience and skill level. It also offers both hot and moderate-temperature yoga classes. For those who are very new to yoga, a class teaching the fundamentals is offered as well. In addition, it offers various therapeutic services like shiatsu, Thai bodywork and myofascial release massage, as well as nutritional counseling. You can even get henna tattoos here.
