Woman Spits on Police Officer at Jamaica Plain Stop & Shop

The following arrest information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

The police blotter from last Friday, Feb. 3, included the arrest of two Bickford Street women for allegedly assaulting a police officer. An officer working a detail at the Jackson Square Stop & Shop was told by the manager that shoplifting was underway. There were three women suspected of shoplifting. One got away from the officer and another caused a scene, according to police. Police say one woman spat on an officer and tried to strike the officer.

Myisha N. Allen and Crystal S. Allen, both of 50 Bickford St. #687, were arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer. Myisha N. Allen was also given a municipal citation for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

  • 316 Huntington Ave. / A supplemental report was file in a residential break-in. Frederick Foxx, 316 Huntington Ave. #541, Boston, was arrested and charged residential breaking-and-entering / Feb. 3, 9:08 am
  • 200 Heath St. / Theft, non-accessory, from a vehicle ($50 to $199) / Feb. 31, 8:30 am
  • 60 Bickford St. / Fraud (false pretenses) / Feb. 3, 2:25 pm
  • 12 Estrella St. / Larceny, non-accessory, from a vehicle ($50 to $199) / Feb. 1, 6:20 pm
  • 10 Walden St. / Medical call / Feb. 3, 6:30 pm
  • 11 Woodland Road / Verbal dispute / Feb. 3, 7:30 pm
  • 12 Bickford St. / Assault and battery / Feb. 3, 7:56 pm
  • 48 School St, Roxbury / A third supplemental report was filed in an incident in which Kenneth Slaughter, 44 Harrison Ave., Roxbury, was arrested and charged with firearm/weapons violation / Feb. 3, 9:40 pm
  • 144 South St. / Larceny (other, $50 to $199) / Feb. 1, 11 pm
