What is being done in regards to the increase in crime in JP? I am a young woman that lives in JP and concerned about my safety. Every day it seems there is a mugging, attack, etc. Does anyone know if there is a neighborhood watch or something to be done to help make the streets safer?

Hi Ino, JP has more Neighborhood Watches than any other Boston neighborhood. You can join or start a Neighborhood Watch on your street: Call police at 617-343-4345 or email meetinginfo.bpd@cityofboston.gov.

Hi Carol, all I have for this blotter for Monday, May 14 was a larceny at Same Old Place. I'll keep my eyes open for other incidents. Thanks.
