2. City Council meets at noon today. Items on the agenda include a possible redrawing of City Council district boundaries. A number of maps have been in play, including at least one that would make changes to JP's District Six. Check back with Patch this afternoon for a report.

3. JP Massage Therapy Center is offering free 10-minute massages for their grand opening today. 5-8 p.m. at 398 Centre St.
