This is my baby boy Sammy and he is dressed up as Dora the Explorer! Sammy is a chug who lives in Waltham and loves to play everyday at mommy's work, Luxe Pet Resort!!

This is Macy, she is our 3 1/2 year old beagle. She is dressed up as her favorite animal, a squirrel. She loves to chase them around the Fens during her walks!

Captain Olivia and her Pirate pal, Scooby, have discovered the buried treasure! Olivia is a 9 year old, Chocolate Labrador Retriever. When not looting pirate ships for treats and toys, Olivia works hard as a Service Dog for her mom. She is loyal and devoted like most dogs, but is also attentive to my medical needs. Her costume was *Handmade* with love by her mom and grandmaw.

We asked, you answered and we received dozens of entries to our Pet Halloween Costume Contest. That left us with a tall task, having to choose the finalists so you can vote for your favorite! Our editors spent hours going through all the entries and selected their 10 favorites.

Voting opens today, so scroll through our photos, pick your choice to win and tell us which in the comments section by indicating the picture number and the pet’s name. One vote per person please.

The winner will be announced before noon on Monday, Nov. 5 and we’ve added a little incentive. The winning submission will receive a $50 gift card plus bragging rights.
