My vote: The Sarah Wilson photo (#3?), but I would have preferred the bandstand in a pond photo - these pond photos could be anywhere.

I vote for #2. Love photos of the Pond but, as Pat says, these particular ones could have been taken anywhere - there is no distinguishing JP flavor to either one.

Janis Lippman's photo reminds me of summer in JP!

Sheridan's photo with monument (by default). Where are photos of people?? A crowded Centre St with human beings would be a better representative of JP. We are not a bucolic retreat.

I agree with Kathy G- a Centre Street picture would be much more representational....

Sarah Wilson's - best composition of a recognizable location (the Pond) that in part, defines J.P.
(It's also the kind of photo I would take.)

#3 - Sarah Wilson's. Beautifully composed, it expresses the magic of JP.

a collage sounds good -- including a couple of Patch photos from some of the uniquely JP events: the lantern parade, the dog costume party, kids dancing at Wake Up the Earth, that zany carload dixieland band at a First Thursday evening, cyclists, the new Winter Farmers' Market, something that says JP!

Dan Sheridan's is the one. The others are lovely but could be any body of wate.
