Tree of Life Conducts JP Health Survey

The JP-based coalition asks that the community take the online assessment to gauge citizen needs.

Do you think Jamaica Plain is a good place to raise children? Is it a good place to grow old? Are you finding the cultural and economic opportunities you’re looking for in Jamaica Plain?

Tree of Life/Arbol de Vida, the Jamaica Plain-based coalition under the Boston Alliance for Community Health network, is asking residents over age 16 to fill out . The survey is 15 questions and answers are anonymous.

“By answering these questions you are sharing your perspectives on what it is like to live in Jamaica Plain and what issues you think are most important for the community to address,” a note on the first page of the online survey says.

The coalition is seeking at least 500 respondents.
