Essential daily information at a glance, including news about the 2009 arson at JP Auto Body.

1. Forecast: Partly cloudy. High of 75.

2. There was a big fire last night, luckily not in JP. A Roxbury warehouse on Norfolk and Gerard burned, going to four alarms.

3. Remember the 2009 arson at JP Auto Body? The attorney for Jose Baez, who is accused of setting that fire and several others throughout Boston, has asked a judge to throw out location evidence obtained from a GPS device that authorities put on the man's car. Prosecutors said their case will stand, even if the GPS evidence gets tossed out.

4. Forest Hills Cemetery hosts "Poetic Convergence" again on Sunday at 2 p.m.

5. There's just over 24 hours left in the JP Patch "Best Restaurant for Kids" contest. There were several lead changes yesterday, but JP Seafood is out front as of this morning. Votes and comments both count!
