The adviser to President Barack Obama is considering a run against Sen. Scott Brown.
Potential Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren, a well-known adviser to President Barack Obama, filled a Jamaica Plain living room Wednesday night, according to multiple sources on Twitter.
Warren, a Harvard law professor and longtime consumer protection advocate, has been making the rounds of houses in the Boston area, including Arlington.
"Oh Elizabeth Warren, I'm so in love with you! So grateful for the opportunity to listen to, and speak with you this evening. Run Run Run!" Tweeted JP's Judy Spreckels after Wednesday's event.
Warren recently posted a letter, "Coming Home," on Blue Mass Group. The post was widely received as an indication she is strongly considering a Senate run against Sen. Scott Brown, a Republican. Huffington Post, which is part of the same media group as Patch, reported an annoucement of the run would come after Labor Day.
"I love that someone who understands financial regulations will be *writing* them," Tweeted JP's Kristie Helms, who goes by cubiclegirl on the micro-blogging service.
