This fine-feathered friend was not fearful of photographers.
While I frolicked in the Arnold Arboretum on Saturday with my fiancee and family, we came across a low-flying fine feathered hawk.
The hawk obliged in having photos snapped of it while sitting on branches of fresh foliage as several folks clicked their cameras.

Geat photos, thanks.
I am no ornithologist but I'd guess that to be a juvenile red-tailed hawk.
They tend to be less nervous around people and therefore somewhat easier to get close to.

Add in a crow and you would have the three smartest birds I have ever met. Beautiful photo of blue jay and red-tail! The jay looks like this year's hatch with its shorter feathers and stocky build. Priceless! Great work and eye!

I've actually been seeing this hawk quite a bit and it's not hiding from people. I'm sure it would fly away if approached. Thank you all for liking the photos!
