Man Who Worked in Jamaica Plain Arraigned on Child Pornography Charges

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. Any charges mentioned do not indicate a conviction.

A Needham man who was arrested in February after a coworker allegedly found child pornography on his work computer in Jamaica Plain was arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court today.

Keith Millan, 55, of Needham pled not guilty on Wednesday in Superior Court to five counts of child pornography possession—one each for a laptop computer, external hard drive and three CDs that contained sexual images of children, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.

Millan was arrested in February after a coworker allegedly found "disturbing, violent images" of children engaged in sex acts with adults on the computer Millan used in his work with Leeder Management Co. of Brookline, a Boston property management firm, according to the Suffolk County DA. Millan reportedly worked in the firm's Jamaica Plain office but has since been fired.

Millan was first arraigned on the five charges of child pornography possession on Feb. 9 in West Roxbury District Court. Following his arrest in February, Millan was held on $25,000 bail and prohibited by the judge from having contact with children under 16 or using a computer.

He remains held on $25,000 bail, a representative from the Suffolk County DA's Office said Wednesday.

Millan is due back in court on June 21.
