5. A Political Hurricane for JP: Many readers wrote to me on Monday about a City Council redistricting plan that would divide JP. As the storm was revving up, City Councilor Felix Arroyo had teams canvassing the affected precincts, most notably Ward 19, Precinct 7. City Council is facing a tight deadline, with a vote expected Wednesday.
