309 Chestnut Ave is the site of a home daycare operation that seems very run down. We live on the same block. I would be interested to get some follow-up on the child abuse charge there - is it related to the daycare or a private residence in the same building? In warm weather, children there are always outside playing on the sidewalk and in the street, with the older ones attending the younger ones, although I don't know if they are residents of the building or attendees of the child care.
