3. A Boston Redevelopment Authority Meeting to discuss the South Huntington Corridor scheduled for Feb. 12 will likely be moved because it conflicts with Jamaica Plain's third annual "State of Our Neighborhood" meeting.

4. Mayor Thomas Menino gave the State of the City address last night.

5. It's official, John Kerry will take over for Hillary Clinton as U.S. Secretary of State.
